Work with Coach Sordello to establish a personal training, diet, and sleep schedule.
Whether you are trying to gain muscle, strength, speed, and power let Coach Sordello help you reach your potential by setting up a food, exercise, and sleep plan.
4 thirty minute sessions for $100 through Zoom or Google Hangout.
Coach Sordello will meet with you once a week to help you set up and stay on track with your training, nutrition, and sleep goals.
